Found it interesting that Solomon says it’s the ‘fear of the Lord’ that births knowledge/wisdom.
Wisdom did not arise from eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Wisdom does not arise from scholars, books or academic achievements (not to discount the value of study though – there is immense earthly knowledge to be gained from it). Wisdom arises from fearing God.

From being in awe of the reality of God.
From realising that He is completely holy, always right, entirely loving and constantly just.
From mourning over our sin.
From repenting.
From trusting.
From obeying.
From revering.
From worshipping.
From praying.
From exalting.
From loving.
From desiring Him.
From delighting in Him.

And isn’t it cool that this way, true & lasting wisdom is accessible to us all – Indiscriminately. Abundantly.

Lord, cause and increase a Godly fear in us please.

Love you Lord.
